| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description The perfectly designed outdoor eating utensil. Our spoon-fork-knife combo brings a bit of civilization to the wild and a bit of the wild to civilization. Designed especially for Light My Fire by Scandinavian designer Joachim Nordwall. The Spork is perfect for your backpack, boat, picnic basket, lunchbox, purse or briefcase. The Spork Titanium is made of titanium, one of the toughest alloys on the planet. Titanium is widely used in aircraft construction because of its lightness and extreme strength, yet it is also used in surgical and dental implants. Its high biocompatibility means that it is very non-toxic and is not rejected by the body. Great for your next outing, no matter where it is.

Great utensil for lefties July 8, 2010 Inspector These sporks have served me well in the back-country for years as they are light, versatile, and easily cleaned. I would possibly caution the right-hander who is looking to buy these utensils, for the serrated knife edge of the spork cuts into the hand with using the spoon part and into the lip when using the fork part. It has never actually cut me or hurt me, but it would be a nice feature to simply change the serrated side around. It is just about as easy to bring a few separate utensils, but if you don't mind this small annoyance then this is a great product.
ti-spork June 23, 2010 Steven P. Schneider (Gulfport, MS) I have used several forks, spoons, and sporks but by far this is the ultimate in a lightweight, durable eating utensil I have found. Being an avid hiker, backpacker and Scout I rely on equipment which has multi uses and this fits the bill.
very convienient May 26, 2010 Maria Fisher (Boston, MA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Small, light and very nice design. I keep this in my backpack and use it frequently. Love it!
Nice, durable spork. April 16, 2010 RoninUT (Utah) I have several of the plastic version of this utensil, and recently bought the Ti one.
I weighed them both on my food scale and the titanium one is a couple of grams heavier than the polycarbonate ones, but it will last forever if properly cared for. Plastic scratches easily, and scratches harbor bacteria. The metal version is going to be easier to keep clean over the long term.
Also, it can withstand higher temperatures without failure. If you dropped it in the campfire by accident, chances are you could fish it out before it becomes damaged. I wouldn't bet that the plastic version could survive such a trial by fire unscathed.
very durable! February 3, 2010 Joshua D. Bevins 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
this was definitely a great buy. ive used it so many times for different activities. makes a nice weapon if attacked by a bear and can also be used as a boomerang. try it it works!
