Great Price! May 18, 2010 Rob F (Kalamazoo MI) This 12 pack is a great deal! Nice storage box too, although not the one shown.
1/5 the price of local store, works May 18, 2010 Kwan L. Lowe (Florida, USA) These batteries are $5 a piece locally. So far I've used up a couple in a Fenix 265 light which claims close to 2 hours runtime on the brightest setting. Though I didn't use the turbo mode consistently as I was bouncing between all the different modes, I'd estimate that I got at least 1 hour combined at the brightest setting and another 5 or so at the regular settings; i.e., around 6 hours total with 1 hour at the brightest output. Not bad at all.
Streamlight CR123A batteries April 28, 2010 lenco Super value compared to other brands for this size. Have so far found them as long lasting as the familiar name brands. Will buy again when this supply is exhausted...a long time from now.
Good cells April 28, 2010 Eric E. (Indiana) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
These are excellent cells. I have never had a problem with them. Please follow safety instructions and do not use mixed lithium cells together. Google 'vent with flame' to find out why.
To D. annino who gave these cells a one star for receiving expired cells. The date code on these cells is in week/year format and is a MANUFACTURE date, not an expiration date. You most likely didn't receive expired cells.
Must Buy for Flashaholics / Tech & Camera People April 27, 2010 Stuntman Mike (Georgia) 12 of these batteries at any box store is going to run you $60.
I just tried them in my Surefire G3L as a reference against new Surefire batteries. No difference.
If you own 2-3 devices that run on these, do yourself a favor and get these. No more late night trips to x-mart or trying to remember to pick them up at the store.
I've got two new flashlights on the way, and won't have to worry about batteries when trying them out and reviewing them.
Received as advertised. 5/5
I'll add a picture of the packaging in case anyone is curious.
-Mike
